By booking a cleaning service, clients consent to the below Terms & Conditions of Cleaning Time
Cleaning Time is specialized in providing domestic cleaning services. Non-standard cleaning solutions are customised to Clients’ needs.
The current website is a guide to the provided services. The final and binding quote is given in the individual cleaning plan prepared at Client’s request.
Cleaning Time has the right to modify the T&C, the quotes given and prices, providing 14 days prior notice to the registered Clients. After notification, the Clients have 14 days to raise any disagreements or cancel their Contract. After this period, Cleaning Time will implement the changes to existing Contracts.
Payment for the cleaning services provided can be made either in advance or on the day of service completion. Acceptable options are: cash, bank transfers, cheques or standing orders.
For the One-off and Spring Clean packages a 40% deposit should be paid prior to service provision. The remaining amount is due after service completion.
Understanding that the Client books our services for 4 or more consecutive visits within a two-month period, the Regular Cleaning rate is lower than One-off or Spring Clean packages rates.
The Client has the right to cancel the agreed service. A cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning rate applies for all cancellations. The cancellation notification should be received by Cleaning Time at least one (1) day before the due service via email or text message (telephone calls cancellations are not acceptable due to inherent client data verification issues). All cancellation arrangements should be made on the Company’s website or contact number and not directly with your cleaner.
The Client is responsible for arranging access to their property. If, at the previously agreed date and time of the service provision the property is inaccessible, or any obstruction for the service provision by the cleaner is occurring, full payment is due by the Client.
The Client has the right to contact Cleaning Time on concerns about the quality of the cleaning service and ask for a re-clean. For a free re-clean, the Client must contact Cleaning Time within 24 hours of service completion if not fully satisfied. All complaints will be considered and the Cleaning Time cleaners will return to the property free of charge if complaint is justified. Please note that for carpet and upholstery cleaning the stain removal is not guaranteed.
In the event of damage or breakage the Client must inform Cleaning Time as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours from the cleaners’ visit. Cleaning Time will request proof to be presented for cleaner’s responsibility for the damage.
All members of the Cleaning Time staff are interviewed, trained and their references are checked.
Cleaning appointments are agreed upon by the Client signing the Cleaning Plan. If unexpected events occur to the cleaner allocated to the Client’s property, Cleaning Time will contact the Client as soon as possible and provide information on when to expect another cleaner.
Cleaners are responsible to perform only services detailed in the individual Cleaning Plan. Any additional service will be provided only after it has been agreed with the Company.
